tradition and innovation
VIANOLEO's family tradition in the world of olive groves dates back to the 18th century, with more than 200 years of experience in the management and monitoring of olive grove cultivation. Currently, we have more than 350 hectares of land and more than 200,000 olive trees in production, all of them located between the towns of Guareña and Don Benito (Badajoz. Extremadura).
Our team transports the harvested olives daily to our mill, in which we grind the olives that come only from our olive grove, so the traceability of our extra virgin olive oils is 100% guaranteed.
The harvested olive is ground the same day it is harvested, in a period of less than 4 hours. This part of the process is essential for obtaining top quality extra virgin olive oils, since we avoid oxidation, fermentation of the fruit, and obtaining a very low degree of acidity, characteristic of our oils.
Our mill has state-of-the-art grinding and pressing systems, seeking quality in each of the processes of our value chain.
